Returns & Exchanges

Changes in products can be occurred if:

  • 1) The product is defective.

  • 2) The received product differs from your order.

  • 3) The size of the product does not fit and needs to be exchanged with another size or product.

  • 4) You desire to replace a product, non-defective, for any personal reason.

Items cannot be returned without contacting and informing us. Returns in online purchase can be occurred within 14 days since the delivery date. For returns, the products must be in the original condition and package, not been worn or washed and all tags/barcodes still attached.

The items must be escorted with the legal sales document (receipt), enclosed in the package.

In cases 1 & 2 the cost of delivery is exclusively on Lilou Boutique.

In cases 3 & 4 the cost of delivery burdens the customer. The new order must be equal or higher in value than the returned one.

In case of return, the delivery cost exclusively burdens

The financial discrepancy exclusively burdens the costumer. cannot accept partial or full refund.

Delivery cost cannot be re returned.
